Jun 19, 2026"Really awesome place. Great coffee and fantastic sandwiches (doorsteps) on the bread of your choice. Mouthwatering range of pies & quiche. We stopped for morning roll and picked up a pack lunch. Very reasonably priced and portion generous. There are plenty of tables outside and inside. Good spot."

The staff are welcoming friendly and helpful, the coffee was very good and the menu looked good too (though I didn't eat anything as I only wanted a coffee) . The decor is cosy and relaxed and there's outside seating. There was parking available as well as wheelchairs access."

Apr 23, 2026"Nice place and friendly staff. We were slightly confused about the naming (Riverside Kitchen/ Riverside Tearooms). We had a late lunch after a long walk. The grilled bloomer with goat cheese and beetroot was great, the potato soup was okay but I have had better. The latte was also medioka. Overall lovely place and some tweaks could make it perfect. I will come back another time."
